Here in Kent we have Southern Water. Probably the most fined and prosecuted water company in the country.
It has not rained for a few weeks and Mrs Flanders has been watering the plants - with a watering can!
We had an email asking us to use less water. We only use 100 litres a day! If we use much less there will be a smell.
