Written contract by the government, I explained it about 5 pages back. It's like flogging a dead horse Tor, or nag ...lol I still don't know why we needed a Barrister it had nothing to do with them.

LOL!!! Did you forget to take the government to court to enforce that contract too, Sal? Did it just slip your mind? Or was the reason you didn't attempt to argue in court that there was a written contract because you couldn't find a barrister who was prepared to ruin his career by making such a childish claim in court? Which was it? Ask Gina Miller you plonker, she took the government to court to cancel Brexit, and guess what .........she LOST.
Her legal argument ... it was just a 'advisory referendum', and guess what the court kicked her out and said ........ NO it wasn't.
LOL!!!! Link?

I suspect the mods will have realised individuals who want threads closing down by trolling them, it's a typical lefty trait, 'cancel' anything they don't agree with, this thread rattles the remainers, it really does bring out the worst in them. It certainly has been trolled to death. If all the threads are treated like this, the forum will die. I, for one, don't want that to happen. Like your old forum?

You see, this is why it's pointless discussing anything with someone whose only news source is the Daily Mail. That's got nothing to do with the current discussion, Fairy. Provide a link that explains how the Miller cases relate to the current discussion.

I rest my case. There is absolutely nothing in that to support the claim that the referendum was legally binding. If, as you claim, the referendum was legally binding, try explaining why Brexiters didn't take the government to court to force them to implement the result. I'll ask one last time: did you just forget?
