There is no IF It has already happenned Two women involved in a car crash in the chaos caused by the M25 Dartford Bridge climbing died before paramedics caught up in tbe chais could reach them. A third motorist attending to one of the women was severely injured when a car hit him as he worked. I posted the link from the Metro from October last year. The story ran in the Telegraph and i think the express too. I stand by my previous statements. Throw the book at these deranged bastards. If the law cannot do that, change the law. i absolutely agree. The problem is some sodding jumped up magistrate stated she was not going to sentence one of these convicted eco freaks as they believed their cause warranted their action. Nutters like them create precedent. They should be sacked.

The woman who said this had a posh title even though she was hearing a magistrates court procedure. But this is how case law is formed.

Nobody creates a traffic snarl like a gammon. Be sure to pass on your wisdom to the next generation before it's too late, Bentley. As most of the road sitters seem to be leftie gammons you may have a point . Sharing's caring, Benny.

If anyone needing to get to hospital for life saving treatment can't as a result of a "protest" road blockage and dies: Charge the eco protesters with murder by terrorism and give them whole life sentences in orange cells. I think the first case of someone being prosecuted for murder/manslaughter is likely to be an angry motorist who is sick of these morons blocking roads as the police look on. one of the main reasons i’d never get picked for jury service is i’d never find them guilty if they were in the dock for it.

Jury service, interesting thought. Never done it myself although I wouldn't mind, as long as it was an interesting case. I suppose you don't get to pick, hey ho. At a glance, there seems to be very few barriers to jury service, I suppose a criminal record would preclude someone from being asked, other than that age seems to be the only barrier. So the fact that I'm a centre right disciplinarian who is very pro capital punishment would be OK. Where do I sign up...
