Ofcom WON'T take action over Bridgerton star Adjoa Andoh's 'terribly white' comment about Buckingham Palace balcony at King Charles's Coronation - despite being the most complained about TV moment of the year with more than 8,000 objections.Bridgerton star Adjoa Andoh's description of the Buckingham Palace balcony as 'terribly white' during the Coronation will not be investigated further by Ofcom. The broadcasting watchdog confirmed today that it received 8,371 complaints from viewers about Andoh's comments during the live broadcast in London on May 6. Ofcom said it accepted viewers had 'strong feelings' about her comments, but it was a 'personal observation' in a 'wide-ranging panel discussion which also touched on other diversity-related topics, and which contained a range of viewpoints'. The incident became the most complained-about TV moment of the year so far and prompted an apology on the BBC from the actress, who plays Lady Agatha Danbury. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12160355/King-Charles-III-Coronation-Ofcom-wont-action-Bridgerton-star-Adjoa-Andohs-comments.htmlCan you imagine for a moment, what the reaction would be if a white person on live TV had said that something, anything, was terribly black? We must be mad, litterally mad.

I imagine the OFCOM reaction would be the same. I don't see what else they could have done Don't be ridiculous. Can you imagine any situation in which a white commentator on live TV said a group of black people were 'terribly black'? I mean it would never happen, but if it did happen you can bet the nasty racist bigot would have to go into hiding and his, or indeed her, career would be over. In 21st century UK racism is alive and thriving. In fact it's positively encouraged.

In 21st century UK racism is alive and thriving. In fact it's positively encouraged. It certainly confirms Ofcom is RACIST in it’s rulings. … It completely whitewashed the BBC for years - as they tarred and feathered Brexit voters as a racist collective … With every other programme being about white on black racism … they never EVER acknowledging overt black racism and other tribalism around the World that persecuted whites and targeted them for attacks. Remember all the cases of murders, muggings and other knife attacks in Florida and other parts of America … targeting white tourists unfortunate enough to walk into a black ghetto. The BBC racist rap music choices were shipped over from these places wholesale … anarchic provocative anti-Law and Order lyrics in the extreme … again whitewashed by their Islington chums in Ofcom. Anarchist Inc. they should be renamed. It’s a disgrace of an organisation that supports Religious tribalism and sectarianism … another form of racial/ethnic prejudice. … In my view prejudices are everywhere … and rightly so (FREE SPEECH) to criticise those behaving badly … especially those globalist nutcases that own our bullying newspapers. Brexit voters have been the butt of BBC comedians for 8 years now … it would be nice to hear a few pro-Brexit comedians ridiculing the idiocy and anarchy of BBC/Guardianistas and the immigrant communities for a change. Comedy should be ridiculing all these criminals and rapists. … not staying silent … giving them a free pass. … We will need to trash Ofcom before that is likely to happen … and we get some sort of BALANCE in BBC coverage on EVERYTHING. … surely the CPS should have dragged BBC Management into the Courts by now?? It will be a long day in HELL before I pay for another BBC TV licence …. and I think that feeling is reflected by a good 99% of people who voted Brexit … and quite a few others who didn’t.

Maybe the Government/Ofcom should now force all the Institutions that sacked top historian Dr David Starkey from their rosters … to reinstate him … with FULL COMPENSATION for loss of pay. His comments were no more racist than this TV Presenter.
… the BBC and Guardian newspaper should also be fined heavily for their hostility towards Starkey that got him sacked … swallow their hypocrisy and pay huge reparations - then be forced to reinstall him on their roster as Senior Consultant on all historic matters within BBC Programming … and within all other Freeview Channel positions he once enjoyed as the ‘go to’ choice on historic consultancy.
…. because the BBC and Ch4, 5 and ITV’s take on ‘historic accuracy’ has seriously gone down the toilet recently … (Black Ann Boleyn, Lenny Henry on Opera🤣, Black Shakespeare … what next Black Oswald Moseley dramas? 😱) ….. so this is imperative right now that Ofcom isn’t allowed to let these TV Producers get away with rewriting our history to the point it’s unrecognisable.
…. They got away with it in Hollywood … and look what happened to America since? … completely f———d and rudderless … and riddle with BLM anarchists funded by Israel.🙄
They turned America and it’s MSM into 🤡 World.
Maybe it’s advisable to stamp on Ofcom the MSM and BBC/CH4 Anarchist Management very hard? … or Britain and it’s Universities - where true Academia once flourished - will go the same way?

Had it been the other way round with a similar set of circumstances, I still don't see what ofcom could and have done, and I don't think their response would have been any different. How others react and the impact of those isn't down to ofcom and so a completely different topic. Do I think the backlash from the public would have been bigger had it been the other way, yes. Is that anything to do with ofcom, no.

I'm in agreement with Starkey's opinion that, as a Hindu, Sunak has no interest in British values.

I'm in agreement with Starkey's opinion that, as a Hindu, Sunak has no interest in British values. No offence to talented foreigners like Ataturk Boris, Sunak , Khan, Patel, Abbot and many others … who manage to win over indigenous people to gain positions of Power …. whatever their upbringing and integration … they are always going to have divided loyalties and hidden racist leanings … … when it comes to crunch tough decisions where they have to side with indigenous interests … to keep illegal immigrants OUT … and return us to extremely selective immigration through Official channels … they can never be trusted and have been a disastrous ‘epic fail’ delivering the Brexit we demanded repeatedly …. They were easily bullied by the Media. …. and illustrates why an ineffective Ofcom can be so damaging to the UK.
