A black person in this country is ten times more likely to be stopped and searched as against a white person. So why is that ?

I suggest you look at how the stats on stop and search are calculated and why stop and search is carried out. That fact is very questionable as it assumes the census figures in any area are correct and 2011 was normally the figure used to calculate local demographics. |
