Vape samples for children to be banned

If there's no nicotine added it's mostly just flavourings and vegetable glycerin and/or propylene glyco. It's hard to ban something that contains ingredients that anyone can buy. The issue I see is that they're supposed to assist in quitting smoking, but American marketing turned them into something from Willy Wonka, which spread here. Nicotine is harder to buy now. You need a licence to get it in any pure state, because it's officially a poison.
