I have been toying with the idea of buying a small camping car so when i passed a sales point I have never been to before I stopped in to see what they cost.
My phone was in my bag and location was switched off.
I never took it out of my bag, gave any personal details or signed anything.
3 days later I started to get ads for camping cars on my phone.
So how did anyone get my email address?
