I'm not aware of there being many Black people in Scotland yet they are in London and I would acknowledge that a lot of the racism charges against the Met come from not even the Black community yet Caribbean community or their descendents. I admit that I don't quite follow what your point is, but Scotland is not entirely inhabited by people of one ethnicity...
Scotland has more Asian migration from what I have heard and of course European from before Brexit. |
