You can do that - you can also push them out of the way to enter your house. If someone tries to block you on the pavement, you can do the same. Deliberately blocking someone is implicitly a threat, but the threat isn't needed. These things are called human rights btw. Another example - if someone gets it to your car without your permission and wont leave, you can haul them out.
