So yet another foreign criminal fails to be deported because he has 'Rights' An Albanian jailed for running a brothel allegedly frequented by rugby star Lawrence Dallaglio has escaped deportation after a judge described him as 'clever and industrious'.
Kristian Kodra, 25, received two years for operating the criminal establishment that supplied cocaine and prostitutes.
Upholding his appeal against deportation on human rights grounds, Judge Cordella Bart-Stewart said: 'There is no evidence that he poses a risk to the public.
'He is a clever and industrious young man with the potential to contribute much to society. He has a home here and support.
'He would be able to work. I find that the public interest does not require the appellant to be deported from the United Kingdom.'
I'm left wondering what sort of Judge would think an Albanian criminal would have anything to contribute to society? - well meet Mrs Justice Cordella Bart-Stewart. "Champion of social justice Cordella Bart-Stewart started her career in law when black solicitors were almost unheard of in the UK.
Having qualified as a solicitor, she later launched her own practice, founded the Black Solicitors Network (BSN) and now sits as a part time judge in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in Central London.
Jamaican-born Cordella came to the UK when she was four years old. She was raised in Birmingham and later attended North Staffordshire Polytechnic, now Staffordshire University, where she studied law and graduated in 1980."

Labour communist party dont have a mandate it just goes along with whats in fashion and what the majority want to hear. It doesnt give plans, time frames or figures or how it would achieve it...........Everytime his lips move he is lying.
Starmer refuses to say how much Labour would cut immigration by... after key ally admits it could RISE from 500,000 a year to plug skills gaps.
Starmer today ducked questions on what would happen to immigration under a Labour government.
Sir Keir wriggled as he repeatedly refused to commit to any figures for what would happen to inflows during his first term in power.
He merely insisted that the 'direction of travel' for net migration would be downwards from the latest level of 500,000 a year.
The comments came after his close ally Anneliese Dodds admitted Labour's plans could push immigration even higher in the 'short term' - insisting skills gaps need to be filled.
Westminster is braced for new official net migration figures on Thursday to reach 700,000 or even more.
Rishi Sunak has acknowledged that immigration is 'too high', but dodged saying whether it will fall before the election. Instead he pointed to arrivals fleeing the chaos in Afghanistan, Ukraine and Hong Kong.

The UK is a joke regarding immigration and crime Some people say the USA is an asylum, but if they were faced with this little excuse for a man I'm sure they'd have him on a plane to Tirana before you could spell haemophiliac.

Personally I am astounded that a Law Degree from North Staffordshire Poly is now considered good enough to be made a Judge.
How the mighty have fallen..

So, the judiciary is totally corrupt. Is this country worth fighting for when hardline foreign criminals are considered beneficial to society by a twisted BLM Judge that clearly shouldn't be there?
