Hatun Tash, aged 40, was a Muslim who converted to Christianity. She often speaks at Speakers Corner and some Muslims don't like people who leave the religion.
In fact Hatun Tash has been attacked several times. On two occasions she has been arrested by the Police at Speakers Corner, both arrests shown up to be false imprisonment and the Met paid £10k compensation.
Now this case shows a terrorist from Brighton planned to murder her and was arrested by the police before he could carry out his plan.
Obviously others were involved as there were messages on the phone about the plot.
