"Brexit is a failure." Quote from BBC Newsnight interview last night. www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/nigel-farage-admits-brexit-has-failed_uk_64632cf6e4b094269bb64de7Of course he blames the Brexit government for the failure of his imaginary promises. At least he can admit it...he isnt running for office and doesnt have to continue to lie. Who will be next? David Davis? Michael Gove or that sock puppet David ( now lord) Frost? At least some of us could see through the media garbage. Welcome Nige. Just FFS keep your mouth shut.

What a misrepresentation that article is. Play the video. Nigel Farage says as part of the conversation "Brexit has failed..." clearly with extra words in mind, and is cut off by Victoria Derbyshire. However, it is clear that Farage thinks he would have handled the exit from the EU better than the Tories. To be fair, a three year old could have done better on Brexit than the Tories.

He said it,, whether interrupted for whatever reason. Farage spent months being photographed with, supporting, feeding lines to, posing for and tweeting endlessly for those tories who became ths disgraceful government. Now he is bleating about how they fecked it up. .What was "it"? Neither he nor any of his classmates had any idea what post brexit would look like other than some blank spaces you could insert anything you wanted into them.
Farage was up to his nostrils alongside those he promoted and now blames. And then snuck off leaving the mess tto them. And now has the brass neck to blame them for not creating some Brexit he wanted.
He really is a slimy dishonest antichrist.

Newsnight: Asks “Economically, the UK would have been better off staying in, wouldn’t it?”
Nigel Farage: Says he “doesn’t think that for a minute”, but blames the Tories who have been "worse than the European Commission at running the economy." What he does think is that "we haven’t actually benefited economically from Brexit. What Brexit’s proved, I’m afraid is that our politicians are about as useless as the commissioners in Brussels were."
IMO, this throws us back to the 7-year old question: What are the economic benefits of Brexit? That is, this Brexit which is the Tories' version of Brexit. Is it really that the Tories are unable to make this Brexit work or is this Brexit intrinsically economically unworkable?

It is the huff post. Shameless propaganda is bound to appeal to EUphile extremists, whilst others understand exactly what Farage means. He's doing what he has always done, which is expected from somebody who has consistently and openly opposed the mainstream westminster party establishment. He's selling Reform now that the Tories are fully exposed for their treachery of democracy and betrayel of the people who elected them. Only the corrupt EUphile extremists who despise democracy would intentionally fail to see that.

I agree with Farage that our politicians have mishandled their part of Brexit - which is exactly why I didn't vote in the referendum.
But it seems that business has taken advantage of Brexit and so thankfully it has worked well in spite of our idiotic politicians.

As your fellow traveller Monte would doubtless point out: Farage failed to get elected 7 times. So to blame him for parliament's manifest failures is ridiculous.
But then criticial thinking was never your strong suit.

If you blame the Tories you blame oFarage. I dont remember him criticising tory policies or suggesting a his own solutions. He is merely using his old mates to blame the failure of what he campaigned for.
