There is no evidence that Sue Gray "colaborated" with Labour during her time as a senior civil servant
Keir Starmer has categorically stated that he did not have any discussions what so ever with Sue Gray whilst she was conducting an investigation into "Partygate".
Sue Gray has refused to co-operate with the GOVERNMENT INQUIRY amid concerns that it is politically motivated
The Party Gate Inquiry ended over a year ago, Kier Starmer offered Sue Gray a job in March of this year, TEN MONTHS AFTER the report had been published.
Political posturing and spin from the Tories in the hope of gaining some traction from it

On Tuesday Sir Keir Starmer will come under pressure in the Commons to explain how long he had been talking to Sue Gray before he offered her a job. Jeremy Quin, Cabinet Office minister, will make a statement on an “update into the circumstances leading to the resignation of a senior civil servant”. He will give new details of the circumstances behind Ms Gray’s departure earlier this year to take up the position of chief of staff to the Labour leader. Some insiders believe the Cabinet Office may have decided she did break rules by keeping discussions with Labour secret before she resigned. www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2023/04/30/keir-starmer-explain-sue-gray-hiring-commons/Starmer has been asked many times recently how long he was in discussions with Sue Gray before he offered her a job. Thus far he has flatly refused to say. Why wont he say? Could it be because he knows that any secret discussions before she resigned from the cabinet office would have been against the rules. Sue Grey is also refusing to cooperate with an investigation into whether she broke the civil service code by speaking to Labour about joining the party while working as a Cabinet Office official. Something does not smell right Why should Sue Gray cooperate with an internal Tory investigation that's only set up to score political points? It's already been getting people to leak suggestions of impropriety which, in the event, haven't actually been backed up.
She's better focusing on the Advisory Committee on Business Appointments as it looks like the body with greater clout about her future career...

You don’t understand the term a conflict of interest. I understand all right. She was asked by Johnson to gather the 'evidence' and present it to the committee, she made no judgement. Doh gathering evidence information is an Investigation, Boris filled in a questionnaire under Caution, as did many others, as for conflict of Interest you have no chance of understanding that either

All whilst secretly meeting with the leader of the opposition ergo a conflict of interest. That's not decided yet, Because she refuses to say anything, if all above board why duck the questions ?

Why shouldn't she cooperate? The obvious conclusion is that she must have something to hide. And the fact that Starmer has for months flatly refused to disclose when talks between himself and Sue Gray started does nothing to quell speculation. Starmer and Gray could sort this out this afternoon, but for reasons best known to themselves they choose not to. However, I have every confidence all will be revealed in due course.

She is suspected of collusion with Starmer whilst she was Investigating Partygate , her Investigation should have carried in complete impartially and in strict confidence, did she tell Starmer anything she should not have, after all he has offered a very lucrative position within the Labour Party ? if she did her job properly why is she refusing to say anything ?

It’s just another smear. The Tories set up a distracting inquiry with no teeth, but loads of effluent to sling about. This hasn’t stuck so far because they’ve not found anything to brief their supposed high-ranking leakers with.
Gray is best keeping the influential body happy — they’re the ones who can hamper her future…

Can you imagine what Labour's reaction would be if the boot were on the other foot? LOL.

But the boot isn’t on the other foot any more that a beer during a working day was, however much Boris loyalists would like it to be. The Advisory Committee on Business Appointments is the body that can affect her future rather than a snubbed found-out party that’s scrabbling around looking for dirt…

Starmer dodges the relevant questions time and again: As a lawyer he knows about falsehood and prevarication.
