Who is now representing UK interests in the Sudan?

According to the Times the 'Brits' clamouring to be evacuated from Sudan include 400 citizens and 4,000 with dual nationality.
The Mail has the story of one such Brit, 'Amar from Edinburgh', along with others including Fatima, 'William' and a Dr. Javid M. who are all lamenting that UKGOV has abandoned them while other countries (but not the US) are evacuating all their nationals.
The question on the table is 'does UKGOV have any responsibility for 'new Brits' who choose to return to their ancestral homeland even though it is a third-world pesthole and a warzone likely to erupt at any moment, and they have likely been warned about it?'

Let's play 'Spot the Honky'. Published in the Mail today, an RAF plane evacuating 'Brits' from Khartoum. Similar pictures in today's Mail of 'Brits' deplaning in Cyprus and at Stansted. Who's paying for all this?

So there will be 45.66 million 'British citizens' waiting to board the flights to the UK ... oh silly me, that just happens to be the population of Sudan.

Oh yes but we are known for helping people in time of war, well here is just a suggestion, stop fucking creating them as another crisis.
