UK government say it is right to pepper spray 75 year old

The counsel for the UK government argued this point in court.

This was featured on the BBC the other day with an interview with a 75 year old working class northerner type who was at a British railway station and had an argument with one of the transport police. The policeman in is wretched mind thought he would pepper spray him in order to prevent him being attacked. He said he was frightened he might get punched. This was just a verbal argument though, not a fight.

The man made a complaint, but the IPCC decided it was right to pepper spray him. The man then took the case to court but the government also decided it was OK to pepper spray him and instructed  their counsel to defend the case. If the man had lost he would have had to pay £50 000 to their legal team as well. He did not have the money to pay tens of thousands to lawyers to fight in court, but the taxpayer had all the money in the world to defend this evil and corrupt action. I understand it was a woman barrister who was defending the case for the government. She did her best to trip the man up with complicated legal trick, but he won in the end, because he said he put the hours in and fought the case diligently. I know the feeling as I've been in his shoes myself. These government people are the biggest wankers you will ever come across. The right thing to do would be to admit it and make compensation and make the policeman pay for it.

One day these police will do this to the wrong person and someone will stick a knife in them and kill them. It's how revolutions start. If you deny basic justice and back the criminals in the police then you will end up with riots. This injustice goes on a lot more than you think. The bitches in government think they rule. They believe they are intrinsically right.
