Anyone who says those gollies weren't there in a public place to make a racial point is either a liar or stupid. You are conferring a motive on someone with the only proof being your own belief. As regards race issues that is the usual way it works in that people are guilty of the crime of intent with no proof. The act, whatever act it may be, is proof enough for the easily offended. |
