A Labour government will: Bring back neighbourhood policing by putting 13,000 extra neighbourhood police and Police Community Support Officers on our streets. This would mean that there would be 13,000 more neighbourhood police officers and community support officers ON TOP OF THE NUMBERS AS OF 2010, it would not be another bent figure or bent statistic as used many times by the Tories, including for example the "40 new hospitals". A promise made by Starmer and crew is about as reliable as one made by Johnson. And how do you know ? ... Starmer is not the Prime Minister, he's never been the Prime Minister, he has no record in office. I reckon a lot of people out there are thinking "it has to be better than this", and as that well known song by D'ream goes "Things can only get better". Face it, this is another 1996 moment, and the Tories are DOOMED

Where is that announced? They have no official policies just knee jerk reactions to the sign of the times. It is official Labour Party policy and is contained within the pledges on the Labour Party website

All throughout the last local elections I spent many an hour defending Tory claims that Keir Starmer "allowed Jimmy Savile to go free" or that Keir Starmer "failed to prosecute Jimmy Savile" and other similar claims, some of which were insulting of the highests degree, and very abusive. Boris Johnson and MANY Tories have campaigned using half-truths, lies, twisted facts, propoganda and dirty tricks for years. They indulged in "Culture Wars" instead of focusing on real politics. So now, when just for once, Labour use a similar tactic, all hell breaks loose So you admit Labour are using half-truths, lies, twisted facts, propoganda and dirty tricks and agree with it; hypocrisy reigns with Labour supporters who turn out to be no better than Tories. It doesn't matter who gets the most votes. The government always wins.

Starmer hold the office as Leader of the Labour Party and Leader of HMG's opposition, Labour have never been known as the Party of Law and Order, when Starmer was a Human Rights and defence Barrister his brief was to challenge the Prosecutions evidence and rightly so, if he failed in that task and the Crown won, he then made heart rending pleas to the Court not to pass too harsh a sentence.
As for Sunak the PM and all passed PM's they don't pass sentence on anyone found guilty in a Court of Law, that is the sole reserve of the presiding Judge

I would have thought that Starmer would have the good sense and sense of decency to not permit the shoddy advertising agency that dreamt this up to actually publish this.
Looks like I was wrong.
The Tories are quite deservedly suffering a kicking due to Cameron/May/Johnson/Truss but when the election happens we will be faced with two clear choices, and I am certain that mine will not be Starmer.

I am a Tory and like most Tories thoroughly approve of kiddie fiddlers getting a good kicking.
So next time I will either abstain or vote for Starmer.

I think Sunak should actually sue them for slander. It is way beyond holding the Tories to account. They have even put Sunak's signature on it ffs lol.
To be fair to Starmer, I doubt he knew about this in advance. It would be beyond stupid because he made such a big thing when we was attacked by same sort of slur by Boris. Where is he though? If you model yourself on "being the grown up in the room" and having strong leadership then he should be apologising and getting this advert removed.
Lastly, what the fuck is Jess Phillips doing sharing the poster? She does great work in speaking out against violence against women, then spoils it by sharing this garbage.

And what a complete waste of money that was last time. PCSOs? A total non-job.

Yes here they are known as Clothes Hangers , they just carry a Uniform around for a a few hours window dressing , no power of arrest little or no training, the Met alone needs an extra 30,000 full time Police Officers just to try and keep up with the demand on them, same as other larger forces across England and Wales

I know all about Starmer's ability to lie to get elected. He has a proven track record of it.
