The Police will not name the boy as he is a Juvenile standard practise, the small amount of information the media has broadcast will be what they have been told by local residents living in the street where the woman was killed, as for Reporting Restrictions that will be for the Judge decide as and when the boy is brought before him or her
If the Judge decides not to put any reporting restrictions in place that means the media are free to report what has happened in Court that day, if the Judge decides to ban the media from reporting full stop they cannot report anything about the case until its over.

One afternoon I was approached at a bus stop in London by a group of boys (who seemed about 10-11 years old). One of them said to me: "We want notes. Gives us your notes. Just keep enough money for your bus fare." I told them to go away ... one of the other boys said: "We'll stick a knife in you." The boys were white. Nearby was an older black youth. He stepped forward and threatened to punch me in the face. I walked off ... then they started chasing me. I outran them. I reported the incident to the police ... who said: "What do you expect us to do about it?". I believe that and suspect you live in a rough part of a city probably London. |

The usual race obsessed shite from you I see. The colour of the young twat is actually irrelevent. Because of his age reporting restrictions apply until or unless the judge subsequently lifts them, in full or in part. And this remains true whether he be black, brown, white, yellow or any other colour it is possible for a human to be. You are simply signposting your own bigotted assumptions, based around the curious idea popular amongst many of the thicker elements on the right that the diminant colour in this country is somehow hard done by when almost all measurable statistics tend to say the exact opposite. Any reasonable person doesnt give a shit whether this little turd is black, white or anything else because it doesn't actually matter. All that matters is that he is banged to rights following due process.
