He had a 6,000 majority. Should be safe if the polls are to be believed.

From the report I read (BBC) it seems he was guilty of nothing more than trying to chat up a bird. It seems that's a no-no these days if your in a prominent position. Just out of interest, how do Brits get to meet prospective partners these days without falling foul of the law?  |

I don't remember having to grab and grapple them and slobber all over them when I was available — though drink (unspiked) was often involved. But my position wasn't too often prominent...!
