It could be just wishful thinking.
Reform does not appear to have any policies other than opposition to the EU good and machine gunning illegal immigrants. A lot of us are 100% behind the former, but find the dim witted thugs who advocate the latter to be dim witted thugs.
Still, we shall see.

Still, we shall see. sounds good to me borkie.
Stealing tory votes and keeping the brexiter light burning however dim it is at the moment with all the doom and gloom brexit is causing .No wonder the tories are getting increasingly edgy as that nice man mr starmer remains 18 points ahead and the soft kippers in reform uk nicking votes off them at the same time.
Wont be long till im saying welcome home fellow european before you can say sir keir has a 188 seat majority.

If, as is likely, Nigel goes on the pre-election road, there's a good chance much could change, especially if Starmer begins to falter and can't produce any worthwhile policies.

Still, we shall see. The can as regards illegal immigration is being kicked down the road, every new law, new initiative is well known to be many weeks/months before coming to fruition and when it does will only deal with a small part of the problem. The British electorate in the main see the small boat invasion as exactly that and largely consisting of people who many miles ago escaped persecution or economic misery and decided to seek a better life in a country of their choice. However it is easily recognised as unsustainable and yet will no doubt see another 70,000 arrive between now and the end of the year. The can will be kicked further down the road until a GE and then Labour will sort the problem out by, well doing very little other than speed up asylum claims. Realistically nothing is going to be done, another 100,000 will arrive between now and the next election and then over the course of the next five years of a Labour government it will balloon to close to a million. It will be ongoing as there will not be any way to stop it that is approved by the political class whose primary duty, strange as it may seem, is defence of the realm and to represent the British electorate. Dim witted thugs may advocate now what some serious thinkers may wish they had done ten years from now. It is not an option but for some reason those in our government are either being blocked, or only paying lip service, to real solutions. We are concentrating on saving the planet but unfolding a population disaster for our own country which flies in the face of the net zero targets. All of it makes no sense unless you think the unthinkable.

And if it can't it won't get much help from the museli ridden eco wimps of Greta Glumbum's Tweedom or the dung eating divs of Little Snoring.
I like the idea of a party that's motto is "Fuck the EU, God is British !" But I am not so sure about Reform
