The Obama's loved the Queen, they love the royal family, I can guarantee you 110% if Obama was President today they would be attending the Kings coronation, I know you will deny it, but go ahead.
The only reason the 46th President of the US is not attending the Kings coronation is due to the fact he is physically and mentally unable to, the US is a laughing stock, and his enabler wife Jill Biden is a utter disgrace to every caring, loving, faithful devoted wife who has a dementia suffering husband. Jill Biden has her husband on the World stage while it watches his demise, she's a fuckin disgrace, all this so she could become First Lady.
And I guarantee if Obama was president now he wouldn’t attend, you do know Nancy Reagan did the talking for Ron don’t you? Maybe Obama is too busy running the USA to pop over for big ears.

No, if I have to state the obvious, how can you say US Presidents 'do not attend Coronations', when 14 of them never got the chance even if they wanted to, the fact that creepy Joe happens to be the current US President, and isn't actually capable of walking up a flight of stairs onto Air Force One unaided is a testimony that he isn't physically or mentally able to attend such a prestigious occasion.
Covering up for the US President is far more important than attending a once in a lifetime Coronation of a King.
What a lot of old cobblers. Of course he is physically and mentally able. President Biden has made eleven foreign trips to 18 countries in two years. He was recently in Ukraine. He will be going to Ireland this week to celebrate the anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement.

It may surprise posters to know that no U.S President has ever attended the coronation of any British monarch But U.S delegations have been sent in modern times, the 20th century, to the coronations of Queen Elizabeth, King George VI, King George V, Edward VII. THe importand leaders of government are those of the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Jamaica and New Zealand, followed by other Commonwealth countries. to be fair, there have inly been seven since the US went to war to split from us and i suspect that the first couple after 1776 were not exactly safe places for a US President to be…, 8 George IV William IV Victoria Edward VII George V Edward VIII George VI Elizabeth II

Strange how they rely on the UK as 'their ally' shoulder to shoulder when they want us to join their illegal wars. Well, the UK and the rest of Europe would be speaking Russian now, if it weren't for them. You overestimate the ability of the British public to learn a foreign language.

Not bothered about Biden.
The democrats are still bitter the UK left the EU, as the US relied on the UK to lobby the US' interests in Brussels. We were like their Trojan Horse and they don't get to use us like that anymore.
That burden will now fall primarily to the Irish what with sleepy Joe playing to them on his bloodline.

It was never going to be 'traditional' to attend coronations that involved a round trip that would take over a month .

There's never been a 25th anniversary before. It's a milestone anniversary. I believe he was in Ireland in 2016 but in summer, probably not for the GFA.

As far as Northern Ireland is concerned all the US ever did was openly support the IRA. Had it not been for the hundreds of thousands of NORAID dollars that made it's way into IRA coffers the terrorists ability to operate would have been greatly reduced.
