Have a guess who said the following: "There must be no more excuses for youth crime. Before the election, we promised to halve the time from arrest to sentence for persistent young offenders as part of a fundamental reform of youth justice. This White Paper sets out how we will deliver those pledges. We will make a start through the Crime and Disorder Bill, to be laid before Parliament shortly. "The aim of the youth justice system—preventing crime: one of the fundamental deficiencies of the youth justice system is that different agencies work to different, even conflicting, objectives. So, for the first time, the Crime and Disorder Bill will make clear that the principal aim of the youth justice system is to prevent offending by young people. All youth justice practitioners will be under a duty to take account of this aim".The above was set out in a Labour white paper in 1997 - api.parliament.uk/historic-hansard/lords/1997/nov/27/youth-justice-white-paperAnd this was before Londonistan went BAME, before the disciples of woke knelt for BLM and worshipped a volume entitled, diversity and inclusion. And even back then politicians couldn't get it right. That was 25 years ago, so what chance have they got today when searching a young thug for a knife or drugs is considered to be racist?

Many schools are rife with drugs. twenty years ago I found out that a school was rife and told a local councillor what I knew. What I didn't know was that he was a governor of the school and had raised this very matter at a meeting, only to be told, I think by the headmaster, the story was nonsense. More recently, in a differnt town I heard from a couple of schoolkids that drugs were being sold in the playground.

Mike Judge was spot on with his film Idiocracy
The scum / thick / ignorant are breeding faster than decent people. I live on a new housing estate and they had to have a percentage of social housing to get planning permission. They have stuck them all in their own cul-de-sac and it is like a mini-Beirut. They have all sold the sheds that came with the houses and one even sold the flags from his garden to pay for his drugs! I was watching one the other day, he was playing with his two toddlers while smoking a joint. A couple of years back I came home from a 15 hour shift and couldn't get to my house because one of the scrotes had mowed down her husband with the car. We used to think they got evicted after a year of anti-social behaviour, but apparently they just move them into another estate to terrorise somebody else.

In response to the OP i have to say ‘who ?’
I had to look up the kink to Lord Williams of Mostyn in Hansard and i have to admit their existence utterly passed me by. Apart from making a nice little earner as a barrister before being handed £300 a day free of charge to sit on the bench in the best kept old codgers home in the country, what useful thing did he do for the price of fish ?

The idea being that the scrotes, because they are no longer separated from civilisation, will absorb civilised values. The opposite is in fact true. The way the un-civilised learn the value of civilisation is by conditional separation from the benefits of civilisation. If civilisation can't enforce this separation from the benefits it creates, it is completely defenceless and will fail.
