Its not an excuse its a fact, I have just lost a relative to the flu, so do thousands of others every year, sad but true. If nothing else works a quick bit of deflection might. What deflection? they are both true, how is pointing out the facts a deflection, I haven't tried to deflect anything, neither him or Starmer believed their own rhetoric as has been shown many times, on the surface they went with it, while behind the scenes they didn't. Maybe because they knew the real science showed something else entirely and those with conviction proved it.

These lefty swamp rules imposed by... Boris Johnson? 🤣 Rules are made to be broken....FFS you and the other lefties tried to make out boris was a criminal for receiving a frigging FPN. How about labours breaking of the rules? But of course boris didnt have the likes of the turncoat gray or the lefty diurham police force on his side did he? 1. I'm not really what you would define as a "lefty". I'm a floating voter centrist. I've pointed this out to you on numerous occasions, but you don't seem to be able to comprehend this. 2. Rules are meant to be broken... what about the "lefties" breaking rules. Which argument are you trying to make, as they contradict each other. 3. The Durham Police are lefty? Well, sounds like the Met are a bunch of "righties" to me, so what is Boris's excuse?

Have you asked everyone that boris was guilty?

Yes and it doesn't rain in winter either...The only ones contradicting themselves are you and the other band of EUSSR worshippers.

I think today will be interesting
I’m about to have a ghostbusters ‘cross the streams’ moment, but i think the events of perhaps the last twelve hours are key.
Fishy Rishy’s pile of poo that goes under the name of the windsor whatever has been exposed as a pack of lies, nothing Rishi has promised is true and as Anne Widdecombe said last night the Stourmont Brake will come at a huge price because any use of it will allow the EU to demand wonga for breach of unfair competition ‘laws’ that apply to the EU AND seemingly us too
Early this morning the papers revealed Boris is leading the revolt against this bullshit falsehood and it isnt hard to see hos first comment being ‘who’s fucking misleading the house now then’
If i were a labour supporter i’d be crying tears of ‘you couldn’t make this shit up’ laughter now
But i think the berk with the hair has evaded a haircut at the neck
Again

If it was any other poster I would probably respond, but to be perfectly honest I'd stand more chance of getting more sense out of the dead horse than you. yet, you just responded Sadly, so did you.

Are the ones who claim that Sue Gray couldn’t be anything other than impartial the same lefties whining about a Tory at the head of BBC? She is not becoming the leader of the Labour party. It is quite common for civil servants to take jobs with political party's. Sue Gray did not orchestrate the parties in NO.10, Johnson did. Stop wriggling. Lefties moaning about a Tory being head of an ‘ impartial ‘ corporation are making excuse for a so called ‘ impartial’ civil servant being offered a top Labour position . I dint expect you to do anything else or be honest enough to see hypocrisy.

This thread is about Boris Johnson, dethroned architect of Brexit and due to admitted breaches of his own covid rules, told to sit down, shut up and realise the distress he caused, being brought before a Parliamentary Committee to explain what a party is . Is this what the UK thinks power and excellence should look like? And expect other countries to agree? The problem is this isn't just about is Boris a lying piece of shit. Everybody knows he is, and everybody knows he isn't fit for office. What is happening now is the same thing that is going on in the states with Biden. ie they all know he is corrupt and took money from the Chinese, they all know he is too old and can barely string a sentence together.... but to publicly admit that is to hand the opposition a huge win... so they turn a blind eye to it. So the Tories are faced with holding their noses and pretending black is white on a technicality, or giving the opposition a huge win. It could go either way...

If a biological man can call himself a woman then a leftie can call himself a centrist and be supported by the same linguistic theory that supports the biological man in his claim. We have lefties like darling and his accomplice Saussure to blame for that . She the pickle that lefties have got them selves into? But I digress . I’m a little disturbed that you seem to allude to racism, misogyny and sexual predatory behaviour being ’ right wing ‘ .

And then she had a road to Damascus conversion and joined the Labour party.
Sue Gray is a paragon of all the virtues, a shining example to all of us and that and that Has she joined the party or just going to work for them, there is a difference? She is perfectly entitled to work for whomever she chooses and her appointment will be scrutinised. What, you mean like the way Cumming’s work for Boris was ??

Of course its deflection, we are discussing the parties that were going on in N0.10, remember the suitcases of beer and you decide to compare it to flu. There is no guidance for cases of flu other than common sense. If you have no point for the current topic, bring in something else, deflection.

Whole load of people who worked together anyway, had a party. What difference does it make if they're working or letting off steam?

Some people don't like my posts because they don't like my points, you can usually see who they are when they start insulting me, as a very famous person once said "I accept insults as a form of flattery". Of course I haven't asked everyone if Johnson is guilty, why would I, I can read just as well as you.
