Headteacher commits suicide after being targeted by an Ofsted inspector.

The inspector claimed that dance moves by a boy in her primary school were evidence of the sexualisation of children at the school and the same inspector claimed to have witnessed child on child abuse in the playground. The school had an excellent rating on all counts except for leadership, which was rated as inadequate. This meant that the final rating of the school was "Inadequate" ... because the headteacher (and other leaders) "... had a weak understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures". The inspector told the headteacher on the first day of the inspection that the school would be downgraded to the lowest classification.
