Quote.. The tribunal was 'satisfied that these matters amount to both verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature'. If she has been sexually assaulted, the tribunal would of stated that imo. It looks like one or more drunk blokes got a little but touchy feely and she complained. Imo the bad but came when her co workers bullied her afterwards . Still £19k is £19k. It it were a bloke he would have got jack....

Presumably because it fits the narrative he's created. Like the idea that "a cuddle" is all the incident came down to. Did the fact that no partner was even mentioned? Normally we get how much her frigging house is worth or how much sugar she takes in her tea. So you just made it up. Well colour me not shocked.

And what has that to do with so called sexsual harrasment? Yey another lefty woke law that is used and abused by the Eternally Offended.... From the article: "The panel upheld claims of sexual harassment, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal but dismissed a claim of age discrimination." So that was okay for a panel of people who know (one assumes) a fair bit about Equalities Legislation. Just as the panel in the OP do. (And bear in mind that both panels will have also heard evidence on the other side of the argument presented by people who ALSO know their way around the law..) But perhaps it'd just save everyone a lot of sweat & bucks if, before going to Tribunal, they asked you to decide whether or not the Jonksy Sexual Harassment Threshold has been met.. In your imagination, Mr J, we live in a world where women have some kind of unfair advantage over men in law. I merely illustrated that we don't.

I'll have to leave you to your ignorance of the sexual offences act, and how mens rea works. FFS and who made it a sexual offence to have a bloody cuddle? This was an unfair dismissal case, because the 60 year old woman was forced to resign following the treatment she received after making her complaint. She didn't win a judgment because of the unwanted sexual attention, but because her employer did nothing to protect her from the verbal abuse and threats that followed, causing her to have to resign when the workplace became inhospitable. Do you seriously think that a 60 year old woman, or any woman, should have to submit to being groped against her will and then threatened when she complains?

And how many men have lost their livelyhoods by these eternally offended karens? I see you and your ilk are steering well clear of the woke justice thread where the bitch with a hammer has frigged up the lives of her supposed attackers......But we expect no more from the woke brigade.

If the lady was 60 years old a case could have been made that she was coming up for retirement anyway and wasn't that worried about losing her job. Her ex employers (and workmates) might have thought it the case a load of bollocks, but that £19,000 was pretty cheap compared with the cost of hiring lawyers and fighting the case.
