I'm listening to a report on GB News which was described as 'breaking news'. It seems that behind the scenes a Tory back bench rebellion is brewing. Back bench MP's say the governments immigration bill passed yesterday and now in the committee stage, does not go far enough. They want an amendment that makes provision to withdraw from the ECHR, and Suella Braverman is on record saying we should withdraw from the ECHR.

Let's hope so. It might even get the Tories re-elected.
The snowflakes will be incandescent! 🤣

Let's hope so. It might even get the Tories re-elected. The snowflakes will be incandescent! 🤣 Absolutely correct. For the most part those in the Westminster bubble particularly those on the opposition benches don't seem to understand the depth of feeling about this in the country, they seem to be in a state of total denial. I laughed my head off when I saw that outraged lefty Caroline Lucas rip up a copy of the illegal migration bill in the HoC, silly cow. The further the Tories go with this the more electable they become, and I think Starmer knows it which is why no Labour MP's pulled a stunt like Lucas did.
