It's just the BBC breaking its own charter to be the vassal of the government
Did they suspend Alan Sugar presenting the Apprentice for his very critical comments on Twitter about Mick Lynch? No of course not but he was giving the message the government wants to see made. So presenters on the BBC are now to be selected on their basis of supporting or not the government
Many of us have defended the BBC but as far as I'm concerned they can rot and die now they've decided to just break their own charter.

I don't agree with Lineker's stance on refugees but as the BBC guidelines stand he had no restriction on him making them. But now the BBC with its selective sanctioning based on alignment or not with government views has broken its own charter. Did you see what Sugar said and the BBC took no action? |

He hasn't been sacked by Amazon. Pretty much has .Afaik Amazon has cancelled Clarksons farm and the other one that I can’t remember the name but can’t be bothered to google . I think he’s not on the next “ who withstand to be a millionaire “ too . So he has lost work over it . I think he’s lost his regular article in the sun too but Im not sure . Nope. Clarkson's Farm will run until the end of the current contract which means there will be a third season filmed this year and the Grand Tour will also run out its contract which means it will be filmed up until 2024. Neither show has been cancelled. |

There is a few lefties here that got hot and bothered while making false claims that Clarkson compared Markle with a serial killer .
He didn’t ..he said “ not like I hate Nicola Sturgeon or Rose West,” .
Lineker claimed that “the language that is not dissimilar to that used by Germany in the 30s” . This is a complete lie .
Neither he nor his apologists can find anything that the government has said to support this tissue of lies .
Lineker compared this government to a Nazi regime that killed scores of millions while Clarkson said he didn’t hate Markle like he hated a serial killer and a desecrated politician .
