Have you heard of prisons? They round up people who are labelled as criminals and contain them. Bloody Nazis . Still, it is amusing to see them hit full irrational mode, but I guess it's because they have no actual argument. The Home Office want to stop the exploitation that are used by criminals, with support from the communities that the far-left want to shit on, and the only way the far-left can retaliate is to invoke the Nazis and Fascists. Another poster who wants to ignore due process.

They're only 'criminals' because the UK government has broken international law to make them criminals. I think you are getting confused darling . Or are you saying that all criminals ( ie prisoners) are criminals because the Uk government has broken international law? That’s quite a statement even for an Uber leftie.

You don't get to just label ''undesirables'' as criminals and lock them up unless you are a totalitarian state. You can be out into prison without being convicted.

If the UK stated that no one illegally entering the UK would be granted asylum then the very act of entering the UK illegally would render them criminals without qualifying for asylum.

The Left are also invoking international law. A clue that something might have gone wrong should have been apparent when the government had to break international law to give itself the power to treat these people as criminals. Article 44 of the Refugee Convention allows any signatory state to leave with one year's notice. Johnson could have triggered that article years ago, yet he decided not to. God only knows why. Perhaps, he thought it just wasn't a good look. What's going to happen when these laws are challenged in international courts? Do you think the government is going to enforce them in the face of an injunction from an international court? Johnson didn't have the balls to defy the ECHR over the Rwandan flights, so why do you think Rishi will?

Since we are having a fantasy discussion lets inject a little seriousness. Lets say a boat arrives on our shores with 50 'asylum seekers' on board and that 49 of them are wishing to do us harm, as some on here seem to believe, but one is a real refugee, lets make it a woman and they, under this new law, are returned to their country of origin without processing and a few weeks later we discover that on arrival in her home country she was arrested, detained, starved, raped and beaten to death, would people on this site say it was worth it to get rid of the other 49? Honest answer only please. The interesting question is, why, if she has a genuine case, would she choose to commit a serious crime, knowing she would be refused if she did so, rather than just apply for asylum where she was? It's a null set.

You can be out into prison without being convicted. You can't be labelled a criminal without having your asylum claim processed. This is why Cruella's bill is against international law and will fail. It was never intended to succeed though, it's just an electioneering dog whistle to appeal to the xenophobes and draw their votes away from the likes of UKIP.

Yes it was, as seen by the obvious question mark at the end of it. Still, it's good that you have smeared me with Nazism and Fascism for supporting a new rule set that hopes to undermine criminal activities. Your team has corrupted the BBC and the civil service, which is something I would expect from tyrants.

Rishi will follow Johnson and back down when the international courts step in. Rishi is obviously hoping that any challenges will happen after the next election. Meanwhile, they can pretend to have done something to tackle the issue in the meantime.

I notice that you keep asking the same question whether I answer it or not . Yeah, I'm very interested, Benny. I've been considering opening a thread titled '101 ways to avoid answering a question when you're snookered', putting the question to you again there, and then watch you squirm over several pages as you hilariously do everything you can to avoid answering the question.

But you can be interned without being labelled a criminal. So keeping migrants in a holding camp until they are processed doesn’t set a precedent or compare with German concentration camps .
