Ive already told you that nobody wins in disputes involving neighbours. They tend to be festering lengthy affairs and if one of the neighbours wants to move , they have to tell the buyer about the dispute ( if it goes to law or arbitration) . |

It's a hypothetical question. For the purpose of the hypothetical, assume they're in court. The judge is faced with the facts. Who should the judge come down in favour of? I know who the judge would favour in law, but I'm interested to hear who you think he should could down in favour of. |

Oh I get the lame comedy but the real intention is to link a camp where illegal migrants live to the Russian gulags while pretending it was a ….satire. For several pages other people have been trying to get it to understand that France is considered a safe country, yet none of it sinks in. I don't need convincing that France is a safe country, I know it. Refugees do not need to stop in the first safe country they come to, why don't you get that? |
