Apart from all the dodgy contracts, deals for donors, breaking lock downs a and other malpractices this man has now been accused of further misbehaviour. Surely it's time his actions were investigated further and criminal charges for bribery and corruption were considered. "Hancock backed pressuring MP into voting for lockdown, messages reveal Matt Hancock supported threatening to block a disability centre in a Tory MP's constituency in a bid to get him to vote for the Covid tier system in England, leaked messages suggest. WhatsApp messages show Mr Hancock agreed to put pressure on James Daly, Conservative MP for Bury North, if he failed to vote with the government. Matt Hancock's spokesperson said: "What has been accused here never happened." Former Tory Party chair Sir Jake Berry called the plan "an absolute disgrace". In messages leaked to the Daily Telegraph, Mr Hancock's political aide Allan Nixon suggested putting pressure on MPs elected in 2019 whose "re-election hinges" on central government funding. Mr Nixon proposed warning Mr Daly that funding for a new centre for disabled children and adults in his constituency would be "off the table" if he voted against new plans for a stricter tiered lockdown on 1 December 2020. Mr Hancock replied: "Yes 100%." www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-64870505

From what I remember you were always very much in favour of lockdowns, morgan - lock down earlier and lock down longer. You thought China had got it right.

Hancock is being set up for the big fall, but I don't remember there being much of a fight against it at the time so either they are all sheep, or they decided they could use psychology against a public by instigating fearmongering and control as part of an experiment. The latter being what happened.

I was never "always very much in favour of lockdowns." What China did was immaterial in the beginning. What Johnson and the rest of his bunch of self seeking con men and bribe takers did was unforgiveable.

He became the laughable fall guy for government incompetence.

The thing is while they have you concentrating on Hancock, they are in the background trying to destroy anything that might oppose them in the future.

You know my view sheepwash as we discussed lockdowns and covid repeatedly on the old forum. Sturgeon hancock and all the rest need hauled over the coals for what they did to us all during covid.
Its all coming out in the wash now as they say , and i see djokovic has now been stopped once again from pariticpating in yet another tennis tournament in yank land due to refusing to get the vaccine.
As i understand americas policy , if you currently have covid , but have had the jag , you can enter yankland. If you dont have covid currently , but havent had the jag....you cant enter.
Follow the science......no matter how mental it is eh?

I doubt it matters how mental it is, as long as it can be seen as a means to an end.

I don't trust any of them no matter what colour Rosette they wear, personally I don't think Hancock will stand for reselection at the GE if he stays in place util then, but I am trying to work out what could be done to take Hancock and the other two to task for what they discussed but did not attempt or do

The government was forced into the lockdowns by the media, opposition parties and great unwashed. Now they deny any responsibility for the financial crisis caused by WHAT THEY WANTED lol.
I'm still waiting for these "dodgy contracts" to be proved and the convictions to start rolling in for this "obvious" corruption. The Good Law Project, Labour, the left leaning media, the parliamentary committees haven't managed to find anything worthy of a police investigation yet. They must be really good at covering their tracks lol.
As for MPs being pushed into voting with the government, what a non-story lol. Politics isn't a friendly chat over coffee, it is brutal!!
You should all be careful with these ridiculously moralistic expectations of how government works, because when Labour get in, they will be held to those same impossible standards. Look what happened to the Scottish Queen of Morals haha.

. Look what happened to the Scottish Queen of Morals haha. The bit i find almost funny is when boris johnson allegedly brought in wearing facemasks in schools in englandshire because sturgeon had done it first in scotland.
That was the laughable science people were up against.

Who really cares? It's all water under the bridge now and hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Yeah, yeah - mistakes were made. Lockdown and social distancing were almost totally pointless. We know that now but we didn't know what we were dealing with then.
No point crying over spilt milk.
