Well it was criminal assault. It wasn't self defence which is the only legal justification for twatting someone.
However the robber got three and a half years and the pensioner wasn't charged.
Maybe someone needs to inform Hull crown court that they are not being woke enough.

They may feel they are successfully stifling free speech but it is not that easy to bury the truth of it.
