Her condition was given meticulous consideration during the course of the trial, and it was found to be irrelevant by a jury of her peers. The decision was unanimous. |

I mean, you REALLY believe in rules, don't you, Vicar? You never shut up about the subject. If someone shouldn't have been on a footpath, they deserve what they get. They were breaking the rules, and everyone knows how just how important rules are to you. A death sentence for a trivial breach of the rules probably seems just about right to you. The court considered her condition in meticulous detail. A jury of her peers unanimously found her disabilities had no bearing on the case. It's a free country - you're free to second guess a jury that had access to all the facts if you choose. Knock yourself out. |
