Do you support them?

No, they are playing politics at the expense of patients, if only someone would sit them down and explain to them they can't have inflation busing pay rises, the knock-on effect for the rest of us is dire, they will push inflation up even further, which will wipe out any pay rise they get, interest rates will rise again forcing mortgages/rents up, food, and so on to rise. The Unions are conning them.
It doesn't really make much difference to those who have savings who still have a mortgage, any savings rate rises will instantly wiped out with rises in mortgage payments, fortunately we are mortgage free, so it doesn't impact us, but I still fear for those who do.

I wonder how many will get off their fat lazy arses and attend the demonstrations? They haven't bothered much during the pandemic and now.

Junior doctors ? What a joke. Its any doctor under consultant level. Even though it shows they have no common sense...........If they work 30 percent harder maybe, but that's not going to happen. ........Dont people know what jobs pay in terms of wages before getting into that field of work. They chose to do this knowing at the end of uni their wage would start at a certain level. Why didnt they just chose to work somewhere else or study something different. Its all a bit stupid. I work as an engineer offshore, theres other companies that pay higher wages than the one i work for but I dont demand a 10% wage rise, i can simply apply for the other company if im upset. Junior doctor pay rise demands of up to 30 PER CENT are 'unrealistic', health minister warns as tens of thousands of medics prepare 72-hour strike that will hit A&E More than 47,000 junior doctors could walk out in a fresh wave of strike action www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-11774933/Junior-doctor-pay-rise-demands-30-CENT-unrealistic-health-minister-warns.html

I spoke to a private hospital nurse, yesterday, who told me they are not on strike and that nurses in Lincolnshire hospitals are not on strike due to their employment contract. She seemed to think that the strikes were pretty much confined to the big cities though the union is still sending pickets to the non-strike hospitals.

I bet labour will also be sending their own pickets.

Where were they when we needed them most, oh that's right at home along with the GPs and teachers on full pay, they've got to use to doing nothing.

That's before the loony lefty Unions have got their claws in to them, pretending they care about them, when all the time the Unions bosses are on £100,000+ and other perks, while playing politics so they can get that good-for-nothing Starmer in to No.10.

Now doctors are joining in and nurses are threatening more and deeper strikes next month. Do you support them? With this fuckwit government proposing a 3.5% settlement for 2023 in total denial of the staffing shortages and the inflation figure it's hard not to www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-64725008That said next week's strikes have been suspended so something must have changed on the government side. Shame it takes such strikes to force the government to accept that sometimes money really has to go to people other than their VIP mates
