which will all be part of our greater european union. Im told charlie boy is a big admirer of the EU as well?
Will you be able to accept westmisnter as a brussells parish council? Personally i think it sounds good.
Anyway , getting back to charlies coronation , if the "an lia fail" is released for charlies coronation , did you know the stone is actually reputed to be a cesspit lid?
As long as you're happy with Scotland going back to the bottom of the food chain taking its orders from Westminster. If you're happy with that I can live with it. we are trying to talk about your kings coronation buccy . Do you support him being crowned on a lavvy lid or not?

He's your King. And he looks to be reigning over you for a long time yet. I couldn't give a toss about a piece of sedimentary rock TBH. I'll let that stir up your petty nationalism instead.

Don't see why not Tommy.
Allegedly, when Bishop William de Lamberton crowned the Bruce he remarked, "Well lad, you are full of shit so crowning you on a toilet seat seems appropriate."
Needless to say, his comments were somewhat bowdlerised for public consumption.
For Queen Elizabeth II's coronation we had a whale of a time. Days off school and work, endless parades and parties and such. In my street the neighbours painted the kerb stones red, white and blue and it took forever to dry because we had real paint in those days and the men would pick up their wives and sweethearts over the pavement so that their shoes were not damaged and everyone had a whale of a time.
Except an old woman along the road who would come out with buckets of water and Vim and scrub the paintwork away because she said that she did not believe in the monarchy but really because she did not like the idea of folk having fun. We tried to humour her but she just got madder and madder until she could not take the happiness any longer and joined the SNP

Eddie the french king of england nicked the lavvy lid in 1296 mate. Robert the bruce was crowned ( wihout the stone) ten years later after eddie had tucked the lid under his throne in westminster.

The Stone of Scone – also known as the Stone of Destiny – was removed by King Edward during the first Scottish War of Independence and placed in Westminster Abbey, later returned to Scotland during a clear out. Presumably the King would like to include to Scots in his Coronation by incorporating this Pagen Relic into his ceremony, but due to the predictable objections by the great unwashed I dare say he will make alternative arrangements.
I wonder how those Scots who have had their car suspensions wrecked by potholes think of their political "elite" ( I used the term ironically) squabbling over an insignificant bit of old granite.
God save the King. O Lord our God arise, Scatter his enemies, And make them fall; Confound their politics, Frustrate their knavish tricks, On him our hope we fix, O save us all.

There have been doubts over the Stone's authenticity ever since The Hammer of the Scots carried it off as war booty. Some historians claim that by a cunning sleight-of-hand, the Scots actually handed Edward the cess-pit cover from Scone Castle rather than the real Stone (which if true, means that a long succession of English and British monarchs have been crowned while atop a medieval toilet-seat lid!).

Not only a whole list of pop stars like wee kylie snubbing charlies crowning....but your bestest bestest pals too?
Joe Biden will likely skip King Charles's Coronation in major blow to US-UK relations President Joe Biden has previously written about his Irish family's disdain for the British Royal Family and England.

Probably not as acute as the disdain that the Royal Family and the English have for Biden. This is the International Statesman that couldn't remember the name of our Prime Minister nor walk up a set of stairs without falling over.
I hope that Mr Trump is a guest of honour and is accorded a full welcome as befits a friend of the United Kingdom.

Getting back to sleepy joe , i dont think the americans nor their political elite really care less about who are what the english "disdain". As long as you do what you are told when you are told , like for example when sleepy joe says you must leave norn ireland in the EU , thats all that matters in the grand scheme of things.
If you want to play kings and queens crack on .
