Or are you denying that the link you gave as supporting evidence is about failures in 1985-89?

As it happens, the inference wasn't specifically intended and , in my humble opinion, simply isn't present in what I wrote. However, I honestly don't think that's important. I am really impressed by the second part of your post. You said what you thought and you didn't provide a convoluted explanation with ten links, or try to trap or trick me, you just said it. It's bold, direct stuff that demands a similarly respectful reply. Your are slightly off - I don't think western society is evil. On the contrary, I think western society is the last, best hope for the world.
