Sunak is like the invisible man of UK politics. He is a charisma free zone without any other policies except an overwhelming desire to be PM.This would not be so bad except that in a few months the fuel subsidies will run out and Saddo, having dealt the electorate a savage blow to its wallet, will sit there with an open mouthed, an empty head and with nothing fresh to offer..
I imagine that, after the traditional pledge of loyalty to the OM, Boris will launch his campaign to get his old job back

He's working hard and getting results. Less bluster and more reasonable negotiation. By the election he will have a list of achievements to demonstrate his abilities. We might have a solution to the NI problem. This is why you probably have not seen him around lately. Johnson was like a frontman, going from one TV studio to the next and doing zero actual work.

Great news! Lee is a top man!..........About time he looked to the back benches, it's abundantly clear the current front benchers are NOT up to the job. Rishi Sunak has appointed Lee Anderson - a Brexit-backing former Labour councillor - to the key role under new chairman Greg Hands. The Ashfield MP is known for his willingness to speak his mind, suggesting people on low incomes should get cooking lessons to save money and questioning whether nurses earning more than £30,000 need to use food banks. He has often clashed with pro-EU campaigner Steve Bray near Parliament. Mr Anderson's promotion seems designed to reassure Red Wall colleagues that their opinions are being taken seriously, as well as offering a counterbalance to Mr Hands - a strong Remain supporter. The move was the most striking part of a mini-reshuffle by Mr Sunak that was accompanied by a dramatic overhaul of Whitehall departments.

I hope not. With Sunak as PM they're facing wipeout. There will be no opposition to Labour and the SNP.

I hope not. With Sunak as PM they're facing wipeout. There will be no opposition to Labour and the SNP. If the various views of the Brits are indeed what I see each day in various comments on different threads of social media then I have to say it is really not Sunak's doing. Sunak seems to me to be a centre right figure, as in a typical Tory. What has changed the most is the people. This may well be the reason they got Lee Anderson in. No one supports capitalist principles/everyone just about supports war and arrogance. Everyone just about goes with the narrative that the rich have stolen all the money/no realisation it is their lazy stupid selves which has led to the decline.
