Hackney "largest number of vehicle restrictions" the most empty shops, the most closed businesses and the most people travelling somewhere else to work........Great idea, forcing women to walk around Hackney at night without the ability to get a cab home safely to their door.
Council will BAN most cars from 75% of its roads in enormous crackdown on traffic and pollution Hackney Council has approved plans for six more low-traffic neighbourhoods The east London borough already has the highest number of LTNs in the capital Its three-year Local Implementation Plan aims to tackle traffic and pollution
A Labour-run council is set to ban most vehicles from 75 per cent of its roads as it expands its network of low-traffic neighbourhoods.
Hackney Council has approved plans to introduce six more of the controversial schemes over the next three years.

Hackney Council has a long history of stupidity high spending , it is very difficult now to drive through Hackney with all the cycle lanes they have put in single line traffic over the last two years , now it will be impossible, for many of the elderly, and infirm they will be basically locked in their homes if a cab can't get to them to pick them up or their relatives , it will be very difficult for delivery drivers to deliver anything, what could possible go wrong

How is paying 12.50 going to reduce pollution most people don't have a choice........Nobody voted for it, they voted against it. Is Londonistan a dictatorship now?........Khan's whole agenda is to wreck London and he is succeeding...... The Great ULEZ Rebellion grows: Labour council leader demands Sadiq Khan gives London residents more time and money to switch to cleaner vehicles in row over mayor's plan to charge drivers £12.50 a day in every borough in the capital Councillor Darren Rodwell said ULEZ plans must consider current costs of living It follows a push for expanding current air pollution measures in the capital www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11683113/Council-demands-Sadiq-Khan-gives-London-time-switch-cleaner-vehicles-row-ULEZ.html

Fucking good show.......And it took a non anglo saxon to point it out.... Using the F word at work has 'lost its shock value' with phrases like 'I don't give a f***' now commonplace, tribunal judge rules Judge Andrew Gumbiti-Zimuto issued the ruling during a hearing in Reading It came at an tribunal which saw Hasmita Dadhania trying to sue her former work The 63-year-old complained about the language her boss Bruce Pell had used www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11692695/UK-judge-says-dropping-F-bomb-work-lost-shock-value.html

His vested interest are ok though. The people of London deserve a vote on this because it will have such an impact on their lives for years to come........The arrogance of this slimy little black prick is absolutely incredible! How is this little creep allowed to have so much power?? We all know it's nothing to do with less pollution, but a way of trying to recoup all the money he's already wasted on his crackpot schemes... Sadiq Khan suggests he won't hold a referendum on hated ULEZ expansion because he would LOSE like Brexit vote: London mayor bats away fury over emissions zone saying he's a 'bold leader' who doesn't listen to 'vested interests' Sadiq Khan suggests it would be 'weak' for him to hold referendum on ULEZ London mayor resists calls to hold capital-wide vote on the scheme's expansion He makes comparison with David Cameron losing the EU referendum in 2016 www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11693267/Sadiq-Khan-suggests-weak-hold-referendum-ULEZ-expansion.html

I was informed many many years ago by a male who had the job of removing graffiti from toilets that the graffiti in the female toilets made male toilets look quite innocent in comparison.
