David Davis at one point was in a Brexit role en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secretary_of_State_for_Exiting_the_European_UnionHowever that was back in 2018 and things have moved on since. Unlike the Project fear projections the NHS still works, my Dad had another blood test, the trains are also running at least today, there's is food in the supermarkets and planes flying overhead. Also see police cars daily on the streets. David Davis famously said that there would be no downsides to Brexit, only upsides. The list on the previous page begs to differ. I met him once at the Banking debate held in London and thought he was extremely arrogant advising no way would we get glass-steagall rules to prevent a re-run of the Banking crisis.

In item 860 you whinge about a German ‘resident’ in the UK who had trouble at the border
As we have never been, and specifically never wanted to be, part of the Schengen Agreement, this might easily have taken place at any time since 1973 and is a positive sign that we are in fact controlling our borders.
The Schengen Agreement was in fact originally intended to allow citizens of one state resident therein, at a geographical location close to the border with another, to pass and re pass into that other state with minimal documentation so as to allow those people, and those people alone, access to what may in reality be facilities in the remote state nearer their residence than similar in their own country
Those who seek to destroy national identity in the name of globalisation naturally seized on these limited permitted abilities and stretched them to a degree of abuse undreamed of by the originators
I can only assume the thread opener to be one of those wreckers

If anything, it's concerned with the agreement between the UK and the EU regarding the rights of EU citizens present in the UK at the point of Brexit.

I can only assume the thread opener to be one of those wreckers Take a long look at the list. Then, come back here and tell us who the real wreckers are. It’s 887 paragraphs long. I’ve found pretty serious flaws in the two I’ve stopped to ponder already. I’ll get round to a few more, I’m sure Because your list of 887 things you think are fucked up is small beer to how the country I thought worth defending with nuclear weapons I had a hand in improving at one point has been fucked over by what became of the EEC my parents thought was a barking mad idea to join when it was just the EEC never mind the federal superstate it’s advocates want it to be.

Item 882 ‘Charities Based In Jersey’
Why are they based in Jersey ? There are only two reasons.
Either they focus their charitable work in the Bailiwick (in which case they are far more focussed on the shores of France than the sovereign state they are rather loosely associated with at best) so they’re not really working for the benefit of UK citizens
Or they’re in the Channel Islands to make use of the rather unique tax status, a status previously available to any UK citizen who wished to open a bank account there but whose right to do so was fucked over not by Brexit, but by Gordon Fucking Brown as his last couple of acts as Chancellor before taking Blair’s place on Blair’s un-flushed throne.
And given a genuine charity had a tax status no non charity can claim (something I know a great deal about, having set my daughters former PTA up as one to claim gift aid), any ‘charity’ moving to the Channel Islands needs to be quite seriously investigated on the grounds it can’t be that charitable or it wouldn’t have needed to move there

We're not supposed to drag that sort of stuff up here, so I won't dwell on it. But, just for the record, I don't care what someone like you thinks. The vast majority of people who voted Leave don't care what you think, either.

Obviously you are just here to preach your EU gospel and don't want to hear anything back.

The vast majority of people who voted Leave don't care what you think, either. I stood for the only political party that was happy to hang my daughters rapist. The police did not give a flying fuck that she was raped, because she was a white me woman raped by an Islamic An Islamic attending a local university to study Islamic finance, using a degree purchased from a dodgy website An Islamic who went out of his way to try to seduce the girls in the comprehensive across the way from his hall of residence These facts I know from the university records (my wife was on their admissions team) and statements I know were made to the plod by the girls in the school. At the time my daughter was an adult. The police sat up and took notice eventually, but by then someone in the mosque in Pill frequented by the former regional assembly member tipped him off and he ran for it. Two gentlemen of the mosque of the opposing cult of the prophet, who I have known for four decades, since they were lads in their 20s working as waiters in the curry house their dad owned, and now run the revamped business they inherited from him, went to a very great deal of trouble to track the bastard down, their relatives in Pakistan travelled several hundred miles to the place he was supposed to have family at. They found he died of AIDS in a shithole Indian village. I have a copy of his death certificate those gentlemen’s relatives were kind enough to procure and send to me. It stands as a perpetual reminder that forty or fifty years ago tbe population of this country who chose to follow the teachings of the prophet were above all keen to earn an Ho east living in a decent society and that something, somewhere has gone terribly, terribly wrong. The guys I refer to have a very simple view of shit such as this chap. Their family came to this country because their grandparents were unfortunate in their choice of where to live, in that they were the wrong side of the partition line when India decided to violently eject the people they did not like into the newly formed Pakistan, and vice versa. Their grandparents came here in the same convoy of ships my great uncle sailed back to the UK in when the RAMC departed the British Raj You should meet these chaps. Their attitude to the bearded shitheads who wander round with machetes is they need to be gunned down by armed response police because every time they stand on the street ranting and killing it pisses on their business’ takings. But enough about me and the actions I have taken in the face of British Law failing to meet the treaty obligations Edward Longshanks signed up to when Henry de Veysey agreed to give up his rights inherited from his grandfather to hear tbe grievances of his vassals in the shire of Northampton I’m really rather interested to hear why, when I start to dismantle your ranting about how you feel Brexit has gone by pointing out several of the things you whine about were actually fucked over a decade earlier, by a labour chancellor, you decide your best response is an ad hominem attack rather than a riposte aimed at my criticism It’s almost as if I’m exposing flaws in your rantings that you have no counter claim against.

You've dismantled nothing. You started ranting about the Schengan Area in relation to one of the points which had nothing to do with Schengan. And you made a point about Jersey's tax status in relation to charities (I'm no expert on tax law, but my understanding is that charities have a special tax status in the UK anyway).
