For some reason the people of the UK prefer to be entertained rather than be able to rely on good sense and dignified balanced governance. And then expect to be taken seriously by the rest of the world. Probably because we don't like to be governed and we don't care what the rest of the world thinks, Kim.

Why do you suppose the media are still talking about Boris? He is just a back bench MP yet he's in the news more than Sunak or Starmer. No one is talking about Truss yet she replaced Boris. And what makes you think I support him? I quite like him because he has charisma and personality, much like Blair did however, I don't think he has any hopes of returning to number 10. Btw you mention strikes, food shortages and rising prices and naturally you blame the nasty Tories, presumably because covid, the war in Ukraine and the global economic downturn is the fault of the Tories. Have you had a look to see what's going on in the eurozone lately? I accept you wont see this sort of news on the BBC but as bad as things are for some people in this country right now, I'd sooner be here that in the EU. Some people appear to ignore the fact when Labour were voted out of Office the Treasury Coffers were empty that is why the Tories had no other choice but to cut Public Spending to the bone the years of Austerity to try and try to fill the coffers again, its a good job they did or we would have to borrow even more money to deal with the worldwide Pandemic Blimey, you seem to be under the impression that austerity worked. I think that would put you in a minority.

I didn't say it had worked , if I thought that I would have said so, it was a course of action the Tories had to take because Labour had yet again overspent, doing nothing was not an option

Having said that, there are arrogance similarities.

She's on best behaviour at the moment, hence why you're on ignore. A quick peruse of Oracle's posts shows 236 posts mainly on the subject of... Yep, the EU. And some classic Kim gems like these: My husband is dying in hospital. Fuck off you arrogant ego trip. I know exactly what I am talking about. This conversation has got lost in itself. The OP was about how the internal processes of the EU works. Now it has morphed into whether the EU is or wants to be political presence among other political presences. And nobody has defined "political". It is an alliance of countries, all sovereign, which agrees to trade together for mutual and singular benefit. Trade touches politics in areas such as embargoes or political pressure. It always has done. The EU speaks with one international voice. It is represented as a union in the WTO and the UN where it has enhanced rights of representation. That is because it was set up in the Treaty of Rome that only liberal democracies can join. It is also an alliance with deep cultural ties and shared history. Now FFS go do something useful instead of arguing about how many fairies live at the bottom of the garden.Still think it ain't Kim?

They had to get shut of him before he got rid of the silver and anything else that wasn't nailed down.
Whilst your party sold off everything on the cheap.

I'm not happy with people being ''outed'' from other sites. I have no way of knowing whether you are right or not but if things degenerate to the point they did on the last site with Kim action will be taken. This site gives us a chance to turn over a new leaf and I would like us all to do that. Old animosities replayed here do nobody any favours.

Thanks to Blair/Brown/Corby/Starmer they've destroyed 'my party'.

So I won't be helping Kim to get herself banned all over again because soon enough she'll manage that all by herself, as the posts I've quoted so amply demonstrate.

No I wouldn't discount it. Oracle originally referred to husband as partner. Anyway, Superintandant Monte's on the case now.

Yep. We get the leaders we deserve. And then suffer the consequences. For some reason the people of the UK prefer to be entertained rather than be able to rely on good sense and dignified balanced governance. And then expect to be taken seriously by the rest of the world. There is nothing dignified about getting on your knees for a convicted felon.. A pathetic post showing just how pathetic you can be. Sad really given your sterling background.
