It's the start of the UK satellite launch business. The chap who had something to do with the launch was on the radio earlier as the rep of the firm who blew them up. He said there is nothing to worry about really and that they were fully insured. Apparently it was the telemetry which bolloxed up. The telemetry link was also providing live video and he said it "went a bit wobbly" before they lost control of it. His loose and untechnical language can not explain any more than that, but reading between the lines I expect it was this cavalier and imprecise approach that caused it to fail.
