There is a reason why Britain has a Tory government.

There is a reason why Britain has a Tory government. i wouldnt quite put it like that vinny. More like there is a reason why labour tend to lose elections more often than not. The tories are hardly some barometer of good governance .

Same can be said of other left wing parties such as Plaid Cymru and the Greens.

Both Rishi and Mogg understand economics. Fortunately they are in positions where their ideas get implemented. The rest of the main Tories are utter fuckwits regarding the economy, and of course that includes the chancellor. He's there to provide a pretty face to international investors, as per got the right sounding voice and the like. Also to the Tory's credit there are some anti-wokers in fairly influential positions, so that is an economic plus factor if they can dewoke the statute book, but even that is wishful thinking.
Starmer is a total fuckwit when it comes to the economy. His skill is in law, and that is it. He did well to prosecute Johnson for corruption, but that is about the only useful function he has. I think Rishi is a pretty straight dealer so Starmer will not have anything to prosecute except for bluster and bullshit, the classic legal position of not having a case to prosecute/fitting the man up instead.

I dont think any political party offers the perfect elysian fields for voters in any country , some are better than others but remain imperfect.
All we can hope is the worst of the bunch dont take power , and the best politician is the one who interferes the least in our lives.

Investigation launched after £122m found missing from Welsh Health Board. BBC asked investigators what it was spent on and the answer - 'they don't really know'
💥 This ‘missing’ money would fund inflation pay rise for nurses in Wales who are striking but no cash for it

Health funding or indeed any other health matter in Wales is the fault of a twat who only got the job because he was black and who admitted the job was too much for him so instead of being thrown out of it like any other person in any other position, was given an assistant minister to do the actual job leaving him to the task of pontificating at a daily podium dodging questions like ‘why are children forced to sleep in blood soaked clothing worn on arrival in their injured state because shops in Cardiff have been told children’s pyjamas are not an essential item and cannot be sold’
The twat in question was finally removed from that job and made minister for business and trade The fact is since 2003, when labour screwed themselves by throwing a man that had served the constituency for decades and was well liked into the gutter to obey Blair’s demand for all women shortlists, a move that lost them the seat that sent Nye Bevan and later Michael Foot to Parliament, Labour have been forced to bend to the will of other parties to get votes through in their minority administration.
At first they relied on the family life hating Liberal Democrat’s whose leader Mike German admitted to me after becoming leader of the Lib Dem’s in Cardiff Council his sim was to destroy every tax and other financial advantage given to married couples as a sign of the relevance of the legal union of marriage in a stable society, but in recent years with the open revulsion of the Welsh shown to the Lin Dems following their leader’s U turns to cosy up to Cameron and Osborne, Welsh labour have increasingly taken the policy demands of the batshit crazy cottage burners under their wing
Tourism in Wales is now a dirty word, nobody can do more than 50 over most of the trunk road network because ANPR cameras track your every move and in September that will be 20, not 50, by default.
Personally I’m looking forward to the anarchy that will follow but the Tories must rue the day they let Thatcher rejoice at her destruction of Welsh jobs and Welsh hope.

A lesson for the government is don't place ANPR cameras in areas that do quarrying. You see with quarrying the guys regularly use dynamite, and the temptation is too great.
