What about the thousands of British Citizens that have been on NHS waiting lists for months and months some with life threatening ailments some in constant pain ? most of who have contributed to funding the NHS, they should be first to be treated by either the NHS or Privately. Im sure there thousands of nhs patients that receive private healthcare though the nhs .what you moaning about hope you dont take ill you not paid for irelands healthcare Well, as a direct result of your beloved labour party's utter fustercluck in Wales, the English NHS is following BUPAs example and offering any Welsh GP with funding the option to send their patient to England, to receive express treāment in a safe, clean unit fully staffed and able to perform keyhole procedures guaranteed to minimise post op convalescence and save the expense of propping up the patient's condition until someone in Wales has the time to do the job Of course now Starmer's running the English show, that will stop. |

The hotel owners get to keep the tax payers money, WTF has that to do with contributing to the local communities, and as for 'caterious' , I haven't the foggiest idea what that word even means. And the hotel owners dont pay tax or employ people or use local amunitues Well that's quite a good point. You might have thought so, but in reality the IBIS up the road sacked all it's staff, terminated all it's contracts and started seeing a lot of G4S vans .... So if they are anything to go by, no, locals hired by hotels to maintain them get laid off. The only benefit to local business seems to be to locksmiths and CCTV installers who were inundated with calls to beef up the locks and install better CCTV in the businesses that line the road south of said hotel, who saw hikes in the number of breaking, shoplifting etc |
