Interesting. It just goes to show that there's little vetting going on to push these people into public roles. It certainly gives the force a bad name, especially when they can operate within the police to assist Jihadis. Four Met Police officers are under investigation for misconduct after two women were murdered by a man they had complained about to the force....

That's what happens in broken shit-holes and it is why developing basic liberties takes time and effort. Machetes, Zombie Knives and Acid attacks in recent years. Ok I'll jump in here as this is possibly the first sensible point made. The problem with the thread opener is that in the sixties you had rather a lot of crime but no media to report it. TV had a ten minute one o clock news, a fifteen minute six o clock news and a thirty minute nine o clock news. Radio was similar. Children were out all day while Ian Brady and Myra Hindley were murdering them but nobody broadcast it every 15 minutes, so the perception of Britain as a country filled with murderous serial killers and rampaging yobs was never given the oxygen of publicity. |
