Starmer is a petty minded , vindictive leftie. Change my mind … Not going to disagree Just thinking this is cancel culture at its finest I noted in an earlier post here the point that it was our last Labour Prime Minister who actually commissioned the painting. That only amplifies your point in my view

It's reminiscent of Obama removing Churchill's bust from the Oval Office, only to have Trump reinstate it.

Notice it's only the vindictive nasty lefties that do such things, and if it was Trump or right wing PM who pulled that stunt the lefties would be up in arms

Its a backhanded compliment, her painting is an in your face reminder that he, and all else are a pipsqeak in comparison. To me it shows how rare intelligence is, that even ordinary interventions, anchored in common sense are derided. That to get ordinary things done takes enormous effort.
That she got to be prime minister at all was amazing, i see it as an act of god, that any one who stands out, and is gobby with it, is going to be attacked by countless harpies, hell bent on destroying that which shows the way.
If you look at the current political material, its all prepostourous. Even if a Tory, or a Labour politician had beliefs about whatever, will they express such? No. Its more than intelligence, its hard bark, toughness, an indestructibilty.
Modernity is not about the best way, but who does what, its about power, not about making the country, stable, in the black, cohesive. Thats the problem with democracy, its about being da boss, not about geetting it done, now. There is no clarity, everyone has a say, there is paralysis, that even acting quickly gets it wrong, readjustment, change, can be made.....quickly.
In a democracy its all at a snails pace, and its wrong anyway. Look at the pensioner thing, will they change their minds?, no, even though its wrong and destructive. As for Thatcher, she got things done, despite parliament being chains on her body, dragging eveerything into a pit of utter s hite.
'Democracy is sh ite. We need a dictatorship with soneone likee Thatcher in charge, an iq of 180, and an iron will, and by god, did she need it.

Starmer is a petty minded , vindictive leftie. Change my mind … Thatcher was a hard right (so called 'stocking footed fascist') who did extreme social and financial damage to the UK. Are you aware of the damage she did?

It's ok, Nigel will put it back in five years time.
Starmer seems to have attracted maximum odium from nearly all sections of society except the unemployed and Muslims, the next election will be most enjoyable.

So he didn't like a painting and moved it. It that what really gets you lot riled? 😳 You are saying that he has had the Thatcher portrait moved from the Thatcher room and it is now displayed elsewhere? Where is it now displayed?

Are you aware of the damage she did? Your overactive hard lefty imagination is working overtime with your pretend ''quote'' from a progressive GCE essay mill site , standard mo for lefties of your ilk

Well there'll never be a picture up of Starmer for any future Prime Minister to remove, in fact his name and all trace of him will be banished from No. 10

Are you aware of the damage she did? There is this thing called respect. A reasonable person can disagree with somebody without having to remove all traces of them. The man won an election promising to unify the country, how the fuck is this an act of unity? On this current trajectory Raynor will be PM by next summer lol.
