Indeed, but it's even better that. I mean, in opposition Labour said scrapping the winter fuel payment could kill 4000 pensioners a year. Yet it's the first thing a Labour government does! Yes, and they've accepted the deaths.
So the deathbrigner, Granny killers must accept any other deaths that they allege.

Not only is Starmer scrapping old age pensioners winter fuel payments, he is also planning to scrap pensioners bus passes and the 25% council tax discount for people who live on their own. I don't think any government in my lifetime has ever bashed old age pensioners like this government is doing. I like to bet you there more single under 65s then over has for bus passes where you dig that up from I would dearly like to comment... TTL, in the long run I believe Starmer will regret scrapping old age pensioners winter fuel payments. This will haunt Labour for decades. |

Thank heavens for google eh. The point being no one knows who Edward Short is, everyone knows who Thatcher Thatcher milk snatcher is, and... I have to say, you may be a little better informed if you tried to bury your bias and give GB News a go. It's not the extremist far right broadcaster you think, indeed due to the constant spotlight on GB News the channel has to be seen to be far more impartial than the BBC ever is. Naturally you will scoff, to be expected. |

But sad to say to many people fiddle the cold weather payments i post about them living in hotter climates receiving the payment and im sure you heard of OAP going holidays for winter period and be truthful do you really need it. Why when it comes to 'benefit fiddling', which receiving the winter fuel payment is not the left are up in arms, yet the whole clans living on benefits claiming all sorts of things are only claiming what they are entitled to. If you break rotten eggs you get a pretty minging omelette. |
