Only if applied to the lefties, like every other law Labour will only apply it to their enemies, the left will be free to do as they please whilst the Police and Judiciary will enthusiastically and with great vigour lock up all those who tweet, post or make speeches containing anti socialist information, they will be branded fascist, racist and every other ist in order to justify "the full weight of the law". You ain't seen nothing yet.

Basically put, if you say anything against the government's narrative of accepting trans and asylum seekers, it will be deemed psychological hate, the judge will rule that and you will be locked up. So trying to define harm is what the government deem it to be. The United Nations, which also housed Hamas operatives, are ordering the UK to crack down on fundamental human rights. We are living under tyranny and it will rapidly get even worse before people can react.
How it works is if you get nicked and charged with a criminal offence you use a lawyer. The lawyer will advise you to plead guilty because the lawyer is a shit for brains who can't be bothered to defend you and wants a nice simple case so he collects his fee. To fight a case properly involves a great deal of work. I can suggest from my own experience that you can get the bastards if you are smart. I won a case in the higher courts agaisnt HMRC which is now tax case law. This is why I have the attitude I do agaisnt lawyers. They are the slipperiest snakes you can imagine. This one I had was trying to get it thrown out of court and it dragged on for three years. You gotta get your teeth into them and keep at it until you win. You will often find they are simply doing something which is unlawful. In my case I traced to down to a logical error (O level maths set theory!). Subtle it may have been, but there was no way out for the defending HMRC. The conclusion I drew was the law was very reasonable, but the abusive misuse of it is rife. People are sloppy thinkers, where law is as precise as computer code. With good precision you can generally win. Well unless of course it was a fair cop and you really did mean to harm someone online.

I've been experimenting with social media recently.
I've been reporting posts to see which ones would get banned.
It seems you can post far-left propaganda with zero consequences, but anything far-right is immediately banned.
eg I reported a cartoon posted by "Red Labour", that showed a mob with banners and a guillotine in the background, and they rejected my argument that it was a support of violence. Everybody knows that the French Revolution was "mostly peaceful" right... only 40,000 people were executed / murdered lol.

You are talking about real aspects of personal reality that can't be turned into law. law has the concept of harassment, which is as far as it can logically go. It is important that law is logical / objective. If you start delving into that area with law you will end up with witch trials and witch finders. I was not. I was thinking about some of the people who developed an online presence and were master manipulators, like the type who run cults. I am objective. you see I know some of the tricks where many do not. I can spot them. It's all about control. There is not a lot you can legally do about persuasion without handing intolerable and easily abused tools to government

What has been proven beyond doubt is that the English Justice System is balanced and fair, and protesters on both sides have been given harsh sentences, including the few British Asians who have been given custodial sentences for violent disorder and assault against the anti-immigration rioters.
With regards to Ricky Jones, he was instantly suspended from The Labour Party, and the Crown Prosecution Service recommended that he be charged with one count of "Encouraging Violent Disorder", and has been remanded in custody until September 6th.
The police, home office, CPS and our justice system have in my view all decided to deliberately dish out maximum sentences to act as a warning to all sides that riot and violent disorder is not acceptable on our streets, and it has worked, it was the right thing to do.

It's not balanced and fair, how long did it take before JSO criminals actually got prison.
They are saying rioters should come under the terrorist act, so should JSO, they are not peaceful protesters they are vandals who do exactly the same as rioters 'destroy property' and criminal damage, the reason JSO criminals are dealt with leniently is because they are made up of middle class retired bored civil/public servants, the younger ones are the kids of upper class twits who are bored off their tits because mummy and daddy give them whatever they want.

JSO protesters are very rarely ever violent or indulge in violent disorder, the JSO protesters are mostly "Disruptive" but never indulge in such things as arson, looting, throwing bricks or missiles or burning materials at the police. How anyone can compare the two is beyond me

How anyone can compare the two is beyond me A Just Stop Oil protester who sprayed Scotland Yard’s famous sign with orange paint has been cleared.
Two Just Stop Oil (JSO) activists who threw soup over Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers have been found guilty of criminal damage.
Phoebe Plummer and Anna Holland, both 22, launched the contents of two tins of tomato soup on to the painting at the National Gallery in central London, later gluing their hands to the wall beneath it.
Two Just Stop Oil protesters have been arrested at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of criminal damage, the Metropolitan Police said.
Need I go on ^^, the get arrested then released, then a slap on the wrist.
Lora Johnson, 38, of Southwold, Suffolk, faced a single charge of criminal damage at Southwark Crown Court over the October 2022 climate protest at the Metropolitan Police headquarters. But on Tuesday, Ms Johnson - who admits spray-painting the New Scotland Yard sign orange - was acquitted of the charge by a jury after a trial

Someone sprayed orange paint on the New Scotland Yard sign ?
Poured Tomato Soup over a painting ?
Its not quite the same as hurling bricks at police officers, or setting fire to a public building with people inside, or looting shops, setting fire to police vehicles is it. ?
Or maybe you actually think it is

I seem to have missed it

You have just confirmed the double standards that exist in the justice system, you fell right into the trap.

I am objective. you see I know some of the tricks where many do not. I can spot them. It's all about control. There is not a lot you can legally do about persuasion without handing intolerable and easily abused tools to government That's only because the Mail reader thinks in binary: either free or oppressive. There is a third option and it is called discernment. The third option requires far more intelligence than they have got and it is why they make a pig's ear of understanding law, which is a precise system. We have a greater problem in this country, and that is the Brits are going absolutely fucking stupid. It's the worst I've seen in my life and it is widespread. Being a lawyer does not make you exempt from stupidity either, or a policeman. It's a strong case of 'can't get the staff', so they arrest you illegally.
You nearly always find in these absurd cases banded about that it was not the fault of the law, but the fault of those applying it. The proles plead guilty since the brief is too stupid to do a proper defence job. Lawyers now are mostly professional bluffers.
In fact to do law I would say comes closest to computer programming. What with my programming skills it dawned on me one day that the system is almost conceptually identical, and then I realised I already knew how to do it! You have to t get over the hill and the way I learnt was reading loads of higher court cases. After a while you can get your mind to think how a serious judge thinks. Anyway, it worked, and the judge was very impressed with it.
