Wait till you read this from the police ...
"We remind all concerned that criminal proceedings are active and that he has a right to a fair trial"
Trial?
So he gets a legal team and a trial while the rioters and armchair warrior go straight to prison.
They wonder why it kicks off.

NOT TRUE The swift justice meted out to the thugs who rioted will have included EVERY opportunity for them to consult with a legal representative / solicitor. When are you going to stop defending these violent, racist, criminals ?

Now go back and consider why everyone else can see a blatant two-tier system in operation.

STOP making things up, not one single posters has defended these riots, we've given reasons that probably triggered them, but that's NOT the same as defending the riots.
What we are defending that EVERYONE has the right to a 'fair trial', not the chosen few, Jones is no different than the idiot armchair warrior, only difference being one was in a highly respected position, the other a complete and utter moron, yet they are being treated differently on incitement charges.

Or rather one dared challenge the establishment narrative while the other went over the top in supporting it.

Just to prove I don't have double standard hypocrisy why hasn't the Tory Councilors wife gone to prison for the same offense as the armchair warrior? Wife of Tory councillor is arrested for RACIAL HATRED after saying rioters should 'set fire to all the migrant hotels' - but her husband insists she isn't a racist as she looks after 'Bangladeshi kids' Is she going to get 20 months for the same offense as armchair boy inciting racial hatred. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13716209/Wife-Tory-councilor-arrested-RACIAL-HATRED

So has he been charged or not?
We know the fate of all the rioters with the FULL FORCE OF THE LAW ... coming down on them, why is that force taking so long to deal with far-left cut throat Jones?
Your attitude towards the due process of law is precisely what started the riots in the first place SPECULATION In all of the court cases where thugs were handed severe sentences, the police were witnesses, but in the Walthamstow incident which did not involve either violent disorder or criminal damage, there does not appear to be any police officers close at hand. I am guessing here ... The police are gathering information, witness statements, checking video footage, listening to what was said, confering with the Crown Prosecution Service, perhaps deciding if more than one charge is appropriate, and what charge(s). The police were witnesses to the two thugs who attacked them at a high security venue ie Manchester Airport ,plenty of video evidence too , not only have they not been charged with any offence they have been afforded airtime with their second lawyer to discuss why they intend taking action against the police they attacked.

Perhaps there is something that some posters cannot grasp or understand
In each and EVERY case involving the rioters, those who attacked the police, looted shops, set fire to Mosques and all the other criminal activities they were charged with - they were all offered legal representation, and many were represented in court by solicitors.
There is no two tier policing, the criminal justice system is largely governed by the courts, the Crown Prosecution Service and "The Law'.
The Home Office, the CPS, the courts and the police have all agreed that swift justice with harsh sentencing was the best way to deal with the riots, in order to stop the riots, and act as a deterant. This seems to have been proven to be the right thing to do, and MOST British people agree.
I for one congratulate the CPS, the courts, the Home Office and am thankfull to our police forces, but clearly some posters have a different opinion.

This is the lady in the orange tabard. Another dangerous antifa member. twitter.com/Jo_cee17Narinder Kaur says she's amazing, but note the police keeping an eye on her:

The armchair warriors the idiot and the Tory councilors wife did not attack the police, loot shops or set fire to Mosques, they just incited others to do it, so the idiot has got 20 months and we expect the Tory councilors wife to get the same sentence for the exact same crime .... Right?
