But, she is a mass murderer and she belongs in prison.

She's pretty, has a nice smile and doesn't look like your typical mass murderer... And that, I suspect, is a large part of the reason that she garners the sympathy that she does. If she looked like Levi Bellfield many of the same people would be saying: "Throw away the key". |

Doesnt circumstantial evidence work the other way too?, that circumstantially, Letby was involed in the care of those babies. That deaths have stopped now shes banged up. A murderer murders, crazy people will continue to murder, regardless. Circumstantially shes as guilty as hell. Murderers cant murder if they are in prison. Yes it works both ways, when Police have finished their Investigation all the paperwork Statements etc are completed the Defence is given a compete set of the Case Papers this is how the Crown will present the evidence to the trial who we call to call, the Defence will respond accordingly, who we will be calling etc etc. Its a Trial not an Ambush |
