Because while gathering/publishing etc. information that may be used for terrorism is an offence, when we consider the likelihood of that information actually being used for terrorist purposes, that's obviously far more likely if it's disseminated within an Islamic context than a right wing one.

If you condemn any terrorism, which is what they want you to, then slowly they will add more and more benign things under that definition. They did it with "sexual crimes".
Already we see someone in the OP committing terrorism via HTML. I'd rather some TCP/IP down my wire than a knife in the back. What do you say?
