What caused it was the same thing that caused the flare ups in Harehill and Rochdale .
A collective grievance turning into mob mentality .
The lessons we learn in one apply to all 3 .
We can’t condemn the EDL without condemning the Muslim / Roma agitators and vice versa .
I think all 3 events underline the distrust between ethnic groups and between ethnic groups and the authorities

The boys seem to be out and about in Sunderland tonight, coppers in riot gear with snarling Alsatians straining at the leash, I have never seen that with Muslim rioters. The left wing press and the BBC and C4 will be having orgasisms tomorrow, some good shots of a Police car blowing up.
I think it is due to rain next Wednesday so only another few nights of it.

The first solution has to be one that defines the bedrock of the British culture, and that needs to be based in law. We need one set of laws, applied equally, to all people at all times. That means Sharia Courts and Beth Din Courts gone; any court that could deliver a verdict counter to British Law should be abolished, and made illegal. That means adopting a French style separation of Faith and Public Life, no hijabs, no crucifixes, no stars of David, or any other religious paraphernalia to be visible in schools, government buildings and any organisation part or fully funded by the State. That means abolishing the cruel practice of Halal and Kosher Animal culling. It means the abolishment of Religious schools that educate in favour of racist or sexist ideologies. We also need a complete separation of Church and State - get rid of the Lords Spiritual. Any group or body that advocates the overthrow of the any sitting Government by violent means should be classified as a Terrorist Organisation. All The Best |
